Cancellation policy 

Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. 

If you do not give 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full fee.

Intake- New Client Evaluation Session

First session INTAKE is $125 (required for first time patients/clients)

Follow up Session Fee

Any single session fee at ETW is $75.

“Pre Buy” Session Packages

Customizable packages of 5 & 10 sessions are available for purchase.

Upon pre-purchase, sessions will be added to your account & deducted with each appointment used.

5 Customizable Sessions ($65/Session) $325

10 Customizable Sessions ($65/Session) $650

Urgent services 

Emergency Visits - $150

Home Visits - $150

Insurance Questions 

We do not accept insurance.

A receipt will be emailed or printed.

Patient Self-submit reimbursement based on their specific insurance type.

If patient/client has an HSA that can be used for reimbursement (via Wellness)
